Unfortunately, I can’t help you. I just wanted to chime in on this and say that I have encountered the same issue. Before anyone asks, yes, I have already added 45.154.35.147/32 to the Access Control. Please help!
In Vultr or any Linux environment, you can always use the Custom Deployment option within NKNx fast deploy. You do need to log in to the virtual machine as root user and copy/paste one line of script, but you don’t need API to make it work.
