I’ve been running an NKN node for a few months now, and while it’s generally been running smoothly, I’ve noticed that the performance isn’t as high as I’d like it to be. I’m looking for tips and best practices to optimize my node’s performance.
Here are a few details about my setup:
- Hardware: Intel Core i7-9700K, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD
- Internet Connection: Fiber optic, 1 Gbps download/upload speed
- Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Some of the issues I’m encountering include:
- Occasionally high latency
- Suboptimal data transmission rates
- Occasional node disconnections
What steps can I take to ensure my node operates at its maximum potential? Are there specific configurations or settings I should be aware of? Any advice or experiences from the Patient Portal Summit Health community would be greatly appreciated!
