[Update May 29th, 2019,17:02PM UTC] An update on the NEP-5 to ERC-20 swap tool: the automatic tool is starting to process exisiting orders from May’24 onwards. According to our calculations, it might take another 8-12 hours to fully catch up. If you have already placed your order, please check your order history to see the progress:

For people who have already placed order in the last few days, your order should have been successfully processed if your order matches the tokens you sent.
