Panic:Node has no neighbor and is too lonely to run

Hi it’s my first try to install a node in my laptop under win 7
and i’ve this message error at the end of this try could you tell me if i have to try another time or if i m too far from others nodes.
Now desactived ipv6 on laptop and internet provider’s box and it’s same error
next step i will try direct ethernet connection with box…I will try under linux later
but now no sign of working node

Did you forward Port 30001, 30002 and 30003 to the device that is mining? And did you open those ports on the firewall of said device?

i m not sure i’ve created new rules in my box to open 30001:30003 range of ports for my ip adress and it don,t work better, so i ve try without firewall and the issue is the same

Shutting down the firewall is good for troubleshooting. Now you know it’s not the problem of the miner. Check again if the ports on your router are forwarded to the IP of your miner.
