Intuitively, it is very natural to combine the network resource sharing with blockchain’s incentive mechanism. And based on our previous experience in both fields, we believe we can make them work very well together.
However, the biggest challenge is that some malicious nodes will create fake traffic and profit from it. On the consensus algorithm, we also need to take care of all the potential attacks and corner error cases that are either unintentional or malicious. I think we are spending probably more than 90% of our energy on those challenges such as fake traffic and attacks.
